June 1, I officially welcomed my legal age. Thank you for the wonderful 18 years of my life.Nothing really happened that day because my parents are both working on weekdays. That's why we celebrated it on June 4. It was a HELL OF A FUN BIRTHDAY PARTY. Well, I must say, there's a lot of technical difficulties but still, that wonderful night wasn't beaten by it. It might not be the perfect party that you could imagine but it's the best that I can wish for. Thank you my dear parents! Nothing would be possible without you two, even the fact that I existed is all because of you. Thank you for giving me a wonderful life, it's the best present I could ever ask for.
It was a stressful month. Lack of sleep, enrollment, I even failed to do my vacation task for the university. *laughs* I'm still worrying what might happen to me this coming semester. But none of the efforts are fruitless. It was a splendid night after all. Meeting family members, old friends, reunions, and this wonderful time is something I can never forget.
The preparations are really hands-on, from the invitations, souvenirs, cake, dress, and even the accessories. I and my mom put a lot of effort coordinating with it. We argued about lots of things, hurt each other, but still the love between us overcame all the differences. I can proudly say that it's another JOB WELL DONE for us.
After the party, my high-school and college friends came to our house for a sleep-over but WE DIDN'T REALLY SLEEP! Some drank, watched a movie, played music, and chatted nonstop till morning! I was really tired that time and the most amazing thing was how can this more than 40 people fit into our house?! Even now, I'm still wondering. *laughs*
MY HAIR
My hairdresser didn't came! (Can you actually believe that?!) So I have to go to the nearest salon by myself. The hair was Taylor Swift inspired (refer to the MV of "Love Story"). And yes, I am satisfied! It was actually great! I love my hair! Ah, the hairdresser was the one who fix my hair last Ozine Fest too.He's so awesome!
MEET THE DANCERS
I suck at singing and dancing but my mom wants me to perform something for my birthday. Thank you for my high school friends who worked hard and helped me. They're so awesome dancers! Thank you for keeping up with my stupidity. After the party, this is one of the biggest things I'll ever miss... our dance rehearsals!
GIFTS
Lastly, thank you for flooding me with gifts! Everyone is so awesome! I promise to treasure them all. Honestly, I didn't expect anything for my birthday, just having fun is enough but giving me this much... I can't explain how happy I am, not just because of the material things, but because of your love and time that you spent with me. This is indeed a party that I won't ever forget!
